About Us

More Than a Brand

Plant & Nourish is not simply a company selling products.

A movement to regenerate land.
To reconnect people with real food.
To create productive landscapes that nourish both communities and ecosystems.

The products fund the work.
The land gives the work meaning.

Together they form a cycle — one that turns everyday choices into long-term regeneration.

Why We Plant Trees

We believe humanity has a responsibility to care for the Earth by planting trees and restoring abundance to the land.Planting fruit trees is one of the most natural things people can do. It connects us to our instincts, our nourishment, and the living ecosystems we are part of. We are drawn to grow the fruits we love, to cultivate beauty, and to leave something meaningful for future generations. Our vision is inspired by the idea of returning to a more harmonious relationship with nature, like the ancient gardens spoken of throughout human history. A world where food grows freely, ecosystems thrive together, and communities are surrounded by living abundance rather than scarcity.By creating food forests, we hope to help restore biodiversity, nourish people naturally, and plant the seeds for a healthier and more connected future for all.

What We’re Growing

Plant & Nourish is an active land based regeneration project operating across approximately 40 acres in Ghana and the UK. Through food forestry, ecological farming, and community focused land stewardship, we are working to restore abundance to the land while creating nourishing ecosystems for people and wildlife alike. The project currently includes:• 1 acre in Pontypridd within a 70 acre community project, featuring a young orchard of apples, plums, figs, mulberries, and a variety of berries.• 14 acres of established cashew trees in Ghana, now entering productive maturity after more than five years of growth.• 23 acres of plantain and maize currently in cultivation.• 3 acres on Volta Lake developed as a diverse mixed food forest, including international fruit varieties such as mango, soursop, coconut, banana, plantain, guava, jackfruit, breadfruit, tamarind, canistel, and many more.• Early stage eco resort and retreat structures designed to support education, connection with nature, and regenerative living experiences.

Basically

Basically, we are creating land based projects in pursuit of creating a community one day that invests and creates purposeful projects in line with plant and nourish.

How to join us

We are currently forming a limited number of founding land partnerships.Partners receive equity participation within the Ghana land vehicle and contribute toward the next stage of ecological and agricultural development. This opportunity is intended for people who understand the long term nature of land stewardship, regenerative agriculture, and patient growth over time.Plant & Nourish is being built through collaboration. Beyond financial participation, we welcome people who wish to contribute knowledge, experience, creativity, and practical involvement in shaping the future of the project. As the land develops, new initiatives can grow in directions aligned with the interests and strengths of our partners.Possible future areas of development include:• Cashew processing and value added products• Fruit fermentation and natural wine projects• Beekeeping and honey production• Fish ponds and aquaculture• Irrigated high value seasonal crops• Food forest expansion and specialty fruit cultivation• Eco retreat and educational experiences connected to regenerative livingWe believe meaningful projects are built collectively. Partners who bring energy, ideas, and long term vision can play an active role in helping shape the next chapters of Plant & Nourish.

Nourishment beyond the plate. Plant a Tree with Plant and Nourish

“These trees will feed our children and their children.”

At Plant & Nourish, nourishment goes further than what we eat.
The products we create are part of a wider mission: to fund regenerative land projects that restore ecosystems, grow food, and support communities.
Income from our meals, books, and educational projects is reinvested into the land — planting trees, expanding food forests, building infrastructure, and developing long-term productive landscapes.
Instead of extracting value from the world, we aim to create it.
